With a strong foundation as an auditor and consultant, she specializes in the affordable housing tax credit sector, offering deep knowledge in property valuations, cost certifications, HUD compliance, net operating income and debt service analyses, and financial modeling.

Before joining The Benoit Group, Lisa provided strategic consulting services across multiple industries, including construction, development, accounting, and nonprofit hospitality. Her work encompassed job cost analyses, development reconciliations, controller services, auditing, system design implementation, and operational management. Her diverse experience and financial acumen make her a vital asset to The Benoit Group’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable real estate solutions.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Lisa earned a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting.
