Lisa Thomason, CPA joins The Benoit Group as the Vice President of Finance with over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. Utilizing her background as an auditor and consultant, she brings extensive experience in the affordable housing tax credit arena that include property valuations, cost certifications, HUD compliance, net operating income and debt service analyses, and financial modelling. Prior to joining The Benoit Group, Lisa provided consulting services to various industries including construction, development, accounting and non-profit hospitality. Services included job cost analyses, development reconciliations, controller services, auditing services, system design implementation and operational management.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Lisa earned a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting.
