Verlyn Britton

Verlyn Britton has 25 years experience in real estate development. She started her career in real estate in 1996 where she began investing in value added single family and multifamily projects which were renovated and sold for substantial profit .
Ms. Britton, as President and Owner of VOB Development, developed and consulted on 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from 2002 in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee and most recently Connecticut, for a total of $ 600M in development costs of both single family and multifamily developments .
Currently, at The Benoit Group, Verlyn is responsible for overseeing developments totaling approximately $150M. of primarily 4% LIHTC Bond funding developments from initiation to completion.

Ms. Britton attended graduated from York University, Toronto, with a Bachelors of Arts in Business
Management .
